What you need to know before you visit

What to bring?

If your treatments include your toes, something for your feet – we suggest flip flips or slip-on shoes to avoid any damage to these freshly pampered toes.

What happens if I need to cancel/ rearrange?

Cancellation policy and no-show fee. If you were to cancel your appointment less than 24hours notice prior to your booking 100% of the service is required to be paid. The same applies for nonattendance to your appointment.

Mobile phone usage

We request that all of our guests put their devices on silent/ mute for the duration of their visit to respect other guests and you own pamper time!

Can I have a treatment in the Spa whilst pregnant?

We offer some wonderful treatments for our mummys to be however if massage is your choice of treatment, you must be over 12 weeks. A new patch test is required for hair and beauty chemical services.

Minimum age in the Spa

For Spa Treatments any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Right of refusal

Moondown Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
